Work with you to finalize your keep list (~200–500 products). Remove everything else. Eliminate empty and broken collections. Merge duplicate categories. Two recorded video walkthroughs — one for managing products and inventory, one for collections and the domain. One live 60-minute session over Zoom. A one-page written reference you can keep. When we're done, you're fully capable of running the store day-to-day on your own.

What's not in this proposal
Your main marketing website is not in scope for this project. We're focused entirely on making the Shopify store excellent. If you'd like to revisit the marketing site down the road, that's a conversation we're happy to have — but there's no pressure to do everything at once.
